Rissa, Chance and Logan (or as Beck calls them, "the chances") have been in town for the past couple weeks and we have loved being able to hang out with them all the time! Thankfully, summer's finnally decided to grace us with her presence which has permitted lots of fun outdoors: swimming, park play, zoo (pics coming). We're loving every minute we get to soak up the vitamin D.
Beck was not so sure of the (kind of) chilly water. He wasn't a fan of feeling insecure in the water either. When he would start to freak out, Trav would say "It's ok, Daddy's got you" to try and make him feel comfortable. It was hilarious, because anytime he would start to get scared in the water, Beck would start to cry "Daddy got you"! Even now when we ask him about swimming, the first thing he says is "Daddy got you??"
Trav tried to have him hang on the edge of the pool and as you can see he was not happy about it. As he was crying, he was yelling "DADDY GOT YOU!" over and over. Poor kid, hopefully he'll get over his fears soon.

Oh that's SO cute! And makes my heart twinge that he is scared! Gotta love the pool and the sunshine, the best.
He will, don't stress it. Just wait, you can look forward to him walking right off the edge into the deep end and looking up at you from the bottom with his big eyes and a wide smile. Yah, that would be Banks! He was drowning and didn't even care!
We had a BLAST with you! So glad you go to hang out all the time. The kids miss Beck. They're thankful for Beck in their prayers at night! Super cute! We'll see you in a couple weeks :) Tell him "The Chances" say HI
