october mash-up

I got a little behind on some of our fall festivities, but seeing as how we're already a week into November, I figured I'd just mash the rest of our October fun into one post.

This was our first smoke-fest with some friends and man was it delish. Don't you love that our boys are playing in the fire while their dads just stand and watch?

Annie and I took the kids to Gardner Village to see the witches. The kids pretty much couldn't care less about the witches, but we had fun together!

Decorating sugar cookies for the holidays is something every child needs to experience right? Well this one only cared about one thing- the frosting. He would have eaten the whole bowl if I would have let him. I told you he was obsessed with sugar.

And then there was pumpkin carving. Not such a fan of this tradition. He was ok until the guts came out and then he lost it. We'll try again next year.

halloween {finally}

I think we may have found little man's favorite holiday. All you have to do is knock on doors and people give you candy?? A dream come true for this child that is obsessed with sugar. He caught on real quick (duh) and would not stop saying "trick or treat" once he realized that's all it took. He loved his dinosaur costume and has asked to wear it several times since.

Cousin Jaiden showing Beck his loot.

I never thought I'd see this day, but these two actually get along now...dare I even say like each other?! It's so cute and I love that they have so much fun together.

A picture with all the kids...yeah, nice try.

In his mind, there was no need to wait for the wrappers to be removed.

Hope everyone had a happy Halloween!
