Last weekend....I felt the baby move for the first time! Talk about an incredible feeling. I always wondered what it would feel like to have this little human inside of you moving around. Now that I've felt it, it feels exactly like you would imagine. Little bubble like flutters. Amazing. At first I thought that maybe I was imagining movements, but my little one is quite the mover and I've felt the same little flutters over and over the past few days, so I'm pretty sure its for real. It is so reassuring and comforting to be able to feel it move...I love it! If its been a little while since I've felt anything, all I have to do is a little poking and pushing and the baby will move. Also, I'm thinking it's not such a huge fan of being squished, because I've noticed it moves the most when I am sitting at my desk hunched over. Come on, little one..things are going to get a lot more cramped, you better get used to it!
I can't believe how much love I already have for this little bebe! This truly is an amazing experience!

Karlee, I love feeling the baby move. Infact, it is weird, I would imagine I felt the baby moving inside me even after I had had the baby. It is such a neat experience! We really are so lucky to get to experience bringing life into the world!
Are you sure its not just gas... I have felt that type of movement before too... and after a few moments in the bathroom those feelings went away...
That happens to be my favorite part about being pregnant. Wait till the end of your pregnancy when sometimes you can see a outline of a foot or elbow.
That is the only part of the pregnancy I enjoyed! It really is so neat to realize that there is a living thing inside you. It's incredible. I had to keep reminding myself how much I was excited to see the little person in between pukes, but Kar, you will be such a great mom! I'm so excited for you.
Oh Karlee, I love you funny post about the pregnancy test in walmart that really is a classic. And you look so adorable with your tiny little belly. I wish I could come see you. Feeling the baby move is my favorite too. It really is the most incredible feeling. I can't wait to know what you are having. But they are both so much fun in a totally different way. You will be a wonderful mommy!

So true, so true. Hopefully you'll still like it when you're 35 weeks and trying to sleep and they kick you until you want to cry from exhaustion. No, it really is great though! I love it!
