Bear Lake
So after Mike got home, we headed up to Bear Lake as a family. I've never been there before and let me just tell you I fell in love! Its gorgeous...the water was perfect, and the mountains are beautiful. Why have I been missing out on this glorious place all my life? We enjoyed being in the water, relaxing on the beach, eating delicious shakes and just hanging out. The perfect, relaxing vacation...no set plans...no getting ready....absolutely wonderful! Besides having to come home, there was one downside to the trip...the Pickleville Playhouse. We heard this was a "Bear Lake must" and sadly to say the play we went to was a disappointment borderlining torture. Other than that, it was a great 5 days!

Don't mind my crazy hair and no makeup face...remember the whole "no getting ready" comment earlier? Case and point.

All the kids outside the playhouse...if we only knew what we were about to get ourselves into....

Karlee, that looks like such a fun vacation with the whole fam. So, did you finish Breaking Dawn? I just finished it at the pool an hour ago. It ended better than I thought it would after reading the first few hundred pages. It was just crazy! But I liked it in the end. I hope things are going well! Back to reality. Blah!
How fun! I miss going to the lake- i haven't been in FOREVER!! It was good seeing you at Carly's shower! We need to plan a girls night sometime :o)
Looks like you had a blast. I agree...the perfect vacation...siting on the beach, not getting ready and so on. I hope you are getting used to being back at work, that's always so horrible.
I can't believe you've never been to Bear Lake before!?! Your parents have been depriving you and you didn't even know it. I love how the sand makes perfect 'drip'castles. We tried to make a sand castle at Powell and totally didn't work - just clay not sand. I was wishing we had the sand from Bear Lake. I'm glad you loved it so much! Beautiful place to be!
You know, I have never been to Bear Lake either, and all I have heard about all summer is how great it is. I definitely need to get myself out there before the summer is over!
Hola! It was fun looking at all the pics from your trip. Is Cooper feeling better? When do you want to go to lunch with Hollster? PS-nice blog background! :) talk to ya later

Looks like fun! Yes, Bear lake is fun. I cannot believe how blue the water is. I haven't been there forever, though.
It was god to see you at Carly's shower. You look great, as you always did. :)
How to post videos.... you tube videos? I'm assuming that's what you mean. Okay, this may be confusing:
1: Start your new post, and click the "Edit HTML" tab in the top right corner of the text box (rather than "compose").
2: Find the video you want on You Tube. To the right of the video, there is an HTML code, labeled "Embeded." Copy that, and paste it into the "Edit HTML" tab of your post.
3: You can then click back to the "compose" tab, and the video will show up there.
Sorry if I made that so confusing! It makes more sense when you're looking at it. Let me know if you don't get it - I will completely understand!
I love Bear Lake. I used to have to go there for work all the time and it was so beautiful. Did you finish Breaking Dawn? I thought she did a really good job on the book.
Your trip looks like a blast! I have been feeling really bad lately and need to apologize. When I saw you at Tam's I didn't even say hi or come talk to you or anything. I don't really have an excuse, but I was in my own world. But I just wanted to say it was good to see you. I am sorry I was rude, I didn't mean to be! Glad you are doing well and I don't think any couple could get cuter than you and your hubby. You can tell you are so in love!!
Um what? That no make up picture of you is simply HOT! You go girly!
