Seriously? Do I really only have 30 days left until this little one is due??
I have my moments where 30 days seems like forever. Particularly at the end of the day when I'm overheating, my feet are swollen and my ankles have disappeared, my back hurts, I'm out of breath just sitting down and so on. That's when I am so ready to be done being pregnant. But in all reality, those moments are not constant, and I am trying to keep a positive perspective. I have had such an easy pregnancy and feel incredibly lucky to be carrying this precious baby boy. And while I can't say I love being pregnant, all it takes is for me to feel my son move inside of me and I am reminded that all of the discomforts of pregnancy are SO worth it.
With that being said, I am still looking forward to many things as non-pregnant me...
I'm excited to be able to exercise and clean my house, without having to take a rest between, and without paying for it the rest of the day.
I'm excited to roll over in bed and not feel like I need a crane to assist me.
I'm excited to be able to wear real shoes other than flip flops.
I'm excited to be able to inhale and take a full, deep breath.
I'm excited to wear my wedding ring again.
I'm excited be able to put my socks and shoes by simply bending over at my waist.
But most of all....
I'm excited to snuggle my baby boy.
To kiss his sweet cheeks and to breathe in his precious baby smell.
Those are really the things I'm most excited about and the reasons I hope the next 30 days go by so fast!

AHAHAHAH!! Those things are all SO true! But... I sorta missed being pregnant for a few minutes (ok a couple days) but I must admit that it is so nice to do all of those things you said :) Enjoy the end, cuase you're about to be reeeeeallly tired ;) But it's so worth it to kiss those sweet cheeks and cuddle that yummy smelling little baby! I'm so excited for you!! Pamper yourself this last little bit :)
So exciting! I know how you feel in every way! I'm so excited for you. Your little boy will be so so sweet. Good luck with everything, I can't wait to see pictures of your little boy on here.
You are going to be such a great mom!
That is so crazy you have 30 days left!! So exciting! I hope these next weeks zoom by for you!
This is the sweetest post! What a darling Mom to be you are! Can't wait for you to finally have that baby in your arms! There is nothing better!
Such an exciting time babe! Enjoy the things you do like, because it all happens so fast and then everything changes.:) Are you still working?
You are so close. He could come any time now. I am sure he will be just darling. I can't wait to see pictures of him. What a great list, especially rolling over in bed. I swear that is the worst!
The count down is on. Hopefully you don't have the dissapointment of going over like I did with my first! UGH!!! I am really so excited for you and would love to come visit you and baby Beck in the hospital!
New baby smell is the best! I wish we could bottle it up and keep it forever.
I can no longer do anything that requires stomach muscles including getting off the ground or out of bed, vacuuming, and let's face it - do you really think I've been working out? You know me too well.
I am so excited for you. Being a mommy is the best. You will be amazed at how well you adjust and how natural everything seems. With that being said, it's ok to have down times too. Cry if you need to. Sleep every minute you can and don't worry about the dishes in the sink (I know that's a hard one for you...it was for me too). Let your mommy and Travis dote over you and the baby because that's what they are there for!
Oh, and I really feel bad about tonight. Let's reschedule soon - it will soon be too late for you!
It will be here before you know it! Congrats on your upcoming bundle of joy!
