Running with Angels
Saturday Travis and I, my Mom, Dad, and Aunt Kitty ran the Running with Angels 5k! It was down in Thanksgiving Point and it was beautiful! Perfect weather, gorgeous setting (we were litterally running through the gardens) and great running partners! I was so proud of my parents. My mom has never really been a runner; my dad has done quite a bit of running, but only because I would make him go with me in the mornings when I lived at home. They both made really good time...I was impressed! I also have to give props to my awesome husband too...it means a lot to me that even though he pretty much hated running at first (I'm believing that it's a past tense thing), he does it because I love it and he loves me!

Impressive! I don't think that in my wildest dream I could finish a

Travis...your knees don't look all battle scarred from your tournament last weekend - didn't you play? j/k Good job running with Angels - especially your angel wife!!!! (ahhhhh)Love you!!
How fun! that sounded like a great run. I love running too but it's already too hot down here. 108 today...oh wretched...where did I move? Satan's home? hahahaha J/K kinda. Love that you have a blog Kar. You and your husband are so cute and I love that you have a dog. I'm so jealous.
that's so fun you ran with your parents! my mom is an awesome runner, but it would never happen with my dad! what great memories.
